Automotive Sealant Pad combines heat resistant PVC with high bonding butyl rubber to provide protection from high temperatures, automotive fluid and stone pecking. High Temperature Mastic Sealant is formulated to function from -40°C to 130°C, adheres very well to many substrates including nylon and polypropylene. Impervious to water, salt water and corrosive chemicals. Black in color, and available in various shapes including bead form. Conforms to Delphi Packard Electric Spec. ESM-3557. Rubber Mastic provides an impermeable seal for connector and grommet applications. Available in roll and pad form.
#550 Abrasion Resistant Tape is an 8.5 mil (0,21mm) vinyl tape specially designed to protect areas of the harness from abrasion damage. It is edge-notched for easy tearability in application.
